The Cercker food dehydrator machine features a rear 2-row drying fan and air circulation technology upgrade, providing a wind speed of 2m/s and a speed of 1600rpm. These technologies ensure an evenly distributed and efficient food drying process, while preventing the shell from overheating.

The food dehydrator is constructed with 100% BPA-free food-grade stainless steel, making it reliable, corrosion-resistant, and fire-resistant, which can play a role in fire isolation and greatly reduce the occurrence of accidents. It is important to note that a stainless steel odor before the first use is a normal phenomenon, and it is necessary to open the machine door to emit the odor for 1-3 days.

The commercial food dehydrator is equipped with 12 detachable food-grade stainless steel trays (11.5*11.5 in), with a wrapped design to prevent scratching and can be cleaned in the dishwasher. The height between the trays is 0.6in, allowing for the drying of various vegetables, fruits, meat, and other foods, while retaining minerals and vitamins in the food. This dehydrator is equipped with an adjustable thermostat that can adjust the temperature from 70℉ to 190℉ in increments of 5℉, and a 24h timer in increments of 0.5h, ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of drying various foods. The light control is located on the back button of the machine.

The 800W, 120V food dehydrator features an intelligent shutdown function that starts immediately after the timer ends. Additionally, when the food dehydrator machine reaches 120°C Celsius (including ambient temperature), overheating protection will be activated. The Cercker food dehydrator operates silently with a noise ≤50dB.

The Cercker 12 trays food dehydrator set includes 67 recipes, a door handle, a drip tray, silicone gloves, a screwdriver, and a food dehydrator user manual.
